The study book “Circular economy and environmental security in Europe” was published as part of the implementation of a “European Inclusive Circular Economy: Post-War and Post-Pandemic Module for Ukraine” (ERASMUS-JMO-2022-MODULE, registration number 101085640). A feature of the textbook is the emphasis on the theoretical and conceptual basis of the formation of the global circular economy. In addition to revealing the determinants of the formation of a global inclusive circular economy, the guidelines for the construction of a global inclusive circular society were investigated. The methodology of systemic analysis of the global inclusive circular economy is thoroughly covered. The implementation of smart business models in circular cities through circular chains of added value creation and "tax shifts" is substantiated. The model of the global inclusive circular economy has been adapted to the realities of Ukraine and the ways of implementing its strategic priorities in the Roadmap have been substantiated. The world experience of the process of disposal of automobile means of transport was considered and ways of reducing its negative impact on the natural environment were worked out. The existing approaches to the development and validation of methods for the analysis of antihypertensive active pharmaceutical ingredients in medicinal products and biological fluids are analyzed. The study book is intended, first of all, for students, graduate students and teachers of higher education institutions, as well as practicing specialists in the field of waste management. It will certainly also be useful for specialists in the field of economics, management and international relations.
