CIRCULAR WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY

The textbook "Circular Waste Management Policy" was published as part of the implementation of a fundamental state-funded scientific research on the topic "National Concept of Eco-Safety of Society and Inclusion of the Circular Economy in the Pandemic" (state registration number 0121U109485). The textbook "Circular Waste Management Policy" is a fundamental publication that highlights the current state of efficient resource use, the process of waste management and treatment and corresponds to the content of the discipline program. A feature of the textbook is the emphasis on the theoretical and conceptual basis of the formation of a global circular economy. In addition to revealing the determinants of the formation of a global inclusive circular economy, the guidelines for building a global inclusive circular society are investigated. The methodology of the global inclusive circular economy system analysis is thoroughly covered, the spatial-component structure and dynamics of waste trade in the sectoral-spatial dimension are analyzed. The implementation of smart business models in circular cities through circular value chains and “tax shifts” is substantiated. The model of the global inclusive circular economy is adapted to the realities of Ukraine and the ways of implementing its strategic priorities in the Roadmap are substantiated. The world experience of the process of recycling motor vehicles is considered and ways of reducing its negative impact on the environment are developed. Existing approaches to the development and validation of methods for analyzing antihypertensive active pharmaceutical ingredients in medicines and biological fluids are analyzed. The textbook is intended, primarily, for students, postgraduates and teachers of higher educational institutions, as well as practicing specialists in the field of waste management. It will certainly also be useful for specialists in the fields of economics, management, and international relations.
